Submit Updates To The Berner-Garde Database

The links below will take you to forms where you can add or update information in the database. After a form is submitted, a Berner-Garde operator will review the data and enter it into the database. If additional documentation is required, an operator will contact you.

Add or Update Your Dog

Add a new dog to the database
Use for dogs that are not in the database
Add/Update Certification/Test
For dogs already in the database.
Add/Update Health Information
For dogs that are already in the database.
Add/Update Date of Death
A simplified form for owners or breeders to submit a date of death and, optionally, the cause of death for a dog.
Add/Update Titles
Title submissions can be verified by including a copy of the title certificate from the issuing organization.
General update for a dog already in the database
For owners or breeders to submit general information about their dog, including physical characteristics and ownership changes.

Note that for BMDCA members, this will update your information with the BMDCA.

Add/Update a Litter (for breeders only)

Add a new litter to the database
For breeders to submit information on a litter they have bred.
To update a litter that already exists in the database, go to that Litter Record and click the Update button on the right.
Note that to add a dog to an existing litter, you can use the Add New Dog link near the top of this page.
